As a Journalist, I strictly avoid writing about topics that may put me in a conflict of interest. Below are my disclosures:

I have a financial interest in all the Bolt portfolio companies from fund 2 and 3, as I have carry in those two funds. I have made no direct investments in any of these companies.

I own crypto (a small stake in almost all the top 10-15 coins, with the largest stakes in BTC and ETH), but am generally very anti-cryptocurrency for environmental reasons.

As a consultant, I have a strict firewall between my consulting work and my journalism work. In practice that means that if I work with you as a consultant, I will not write about your company after our working agreement has completed. If I have written about you as a reporter, I will not take you on as a client.
